We have a similar process. As I alluded to before, where people can pay their own removal costs, we encourage that, because it gives them an opportunity to return, and it's the right thing to do. Where people simply cannot pay and we need to remove them, the state pays. I have a budget for that, which needs to be carefully managed because it's a public appropriation, but there is an expectation, as you said, Ms. Kirkland, that if the person wishes to return, they have to repay that debt in full.
