Mr. Hamilton, you talked a little bit.... If we were to have significant transportation of containers on the Great Lakes-St. Lawrence Seaway, what would that mean in terms of reducing the number of trucks on the 401 to the Trans-Canada? What would be the environmental impact of doing so?
