I'm appreciative that you're here because I've found that any time I've asked questions of you in the past, whether it's in this committee or otherwise, you speak in a language that Canadians understand. Sometimes it is very hard for people to truly understand what's going on with technical pieces.
I have some important questions.
Would CSIS consider a government-mandated access point within an encrypted system to be a vulnerability from a cybersecurity standpoint, even if it's authorized and controlled?
