Mr. Lloyd, I'm happy to have you intervene at this time. I know that it was requested before the meeting to have some time for the motion to be digested. I will remind all members that, as you will remember from when I was here during the last session, I'm a bit of a stickler for the rules. I will be vigorously regulating the debate as it relates to this meeting pursuant to Standing Order 106(4), so please keep your comments germane to that.
