If there is a central file on an employee who undergoes a fairly thorough evaluation, is the result of that search or investigation transferred from one department to another? Is it reported to Treasury Board?
When someone has a track record as a good employee or a bad employee, is that information shared among departments and agencies, or is everything handled in isolation?
