What happens in camera in committee business is not to be discussed, but it is now being discussed publicly again. While I appreciate the point that my colleague is trying to make, I think that if we're all going to adhere to rules, we have to follow the same set of rules. I think we're all in agreement on the objective that he's trying to accomplish, but we also have to remember that in camera is in camera.
