Would you say in a quick overview that Canada is not fully prepared for AI, that the government has not been transparent or inclusive in how it's developing policy and that, at the same time, our funding system is not delivering results for Canadians—i.e., the government is behind, experts are not fully heard and there are real, unaddressed risks?
