I'm in Winnipeg where it's currently snowing, so I listened to your initial remarks with great envy. In Winnipeg, we have quite an extensive defence infrastructure. We have a major air base and also quite a large aerospace industry.
How could a region like ours, that has all this infrastructure already, better connect with a company like yours to create local jobs?
