Of course, international partnerships are important to us. The U.S. has one of the largest public space agencies. The other would be the European Space Agency, but there are others. We try to have diversity.
If we have a partnership with the U.S. and that partnership changes—actually, a change was made recently—that can certainly have a major impact on our programs.
