I think we've been harping on this since at least 2017, Mr. Godin. When we noticed it was included in the action plan and that a working group would be created, we considered that an ultimate recognition that there was work to be done, that it was, in fact, a blind spot for the Canadian government. However, the Commissioner of Official Languages has been talking about it since 2008. It's in our report. It wasn't the first time we saw this. By making this decision, the federal government said it was finally listening to us and moving forward.
