Let's start with NSERC, the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council.
Today we're talking about a report on the dissemination of scientific information in the French language. The report recommends to the committee dedicating race-based scholarships specifically for racialized students studying in French, as well as dedicating race-based funding in hiring targets for racialized professors. It's written on page 12.
