That is one of the big secrets that men have with their boys' clubs, where university classmates, for example, successfully organize themselves. That is something that women are really lacking. I see that you have a businesswomen's club, so I think it must be the same principle.
But I would like to ask you another question. You mentioned working on an EI program for non-traditional jobs. What exactly do you mean by that? Does it mean giving grants to employers who hire women to work in non-traditional jobs? Is that what it is?
