No, it would be a discussion. I would expect that people will come with various ideas. It's possible that people might come with a motion. The first time we had a discussion about what we might want to talk about, there was a motion brought that had a cornucopia of items with violence against women, and we did end up voting on that one, I believe.

The intent is to have a discussion, and it doesn't have to be final, but if someone wants to bring a motion, that's acceptable.
