I'll ask Deputy Commissioner Larkin to comment, but I will say that we do need greater collaboration on this piece. I know that those in law enforcement at every level are grappling with this issue. For many, it is their number one issue. We do need to have better collaboration. I know that, particularly within first nations communities, the shortage of resources does lead to inadequate supports.
