I'll make a few comments for the benefit of the members and witnesses here today. Please wait until I recognize you before speaking. Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Monday, September 15, 2025, the committee is resuming its study of section 810 of the Criminal Code and women's safety.
I'd like to welcome the Minister of Public Safety, the Honourable Gary Anandasangaree.
Thank you for being with us, Minister. This is an important topic, as you and I have spoken about before.
