I'm not directly familiar with funding coming to the communities I'm working with, but I know that there are other organizations like the Ontario Aboriginal Housing Services, the Aboriginal Housing Management Association and the Rural Development Network. Then there are organizations in Quebec that are working with indigenous people to create shelters and transition homes, so the answer is yes.
