For me, it would be deeply affordable housing, putting funding towards actually affordable housing; funding towards transitional housing so that women are actually getting the life skills and the employment training that they need; and funding towards prevention. I think we need to put a lot more money towards prevention so that shelters like ours and services like ours don't exist anymore.
