We've heard a lot of witnesses talk about the lack of transitional housing. I'm trying to get more information about what transitional housing really looks like. Is that townhouses? Is it apartments? Is it a combination of things? I would ask each of the witnesses if they could weigh in on that, starting with Ms. Nizigama.
