It's nice speaking to you again. As you're aware, Thunder Bay is very much like my community of Cambridge, in that we both share a major concern about human trafficking. Stats Canada states that Thunder Bay had “the highest average annual rate of human trafficking”.
What factors do you see playing a role in making Thunder Bay a major hub for human trafficking?
