I'm going to have to suspend the meeting because there's a vote. The bells are ringing. There are 15 minutes left. Members who wish to go vote have time to do so. As agreed with the whips and as the clerk has informed me, 10 minutes after the vote begins, if there is quorum here, I can resume the meeting. Obviously, if no one is here, I won't be able to hold it on my own.
The meeting is suspended. There will be about half an hour of the meeting remaining afterwards.
