I would advocate for the model that we completed in partnership with the federal government last year, in July 2025, through the former rapid housing initiative, which fast-tracked the construction of units specifically for women and women with children. That came with rent-geared-to-income supplements, as well as supportive services. This allows us to have a building that is dedicated to women and staffed 24 hours a day, where they can have stability. It's their permanent space, it's safe and it's where they can really focus on their recovery and rebuilding their lives after they've been fleeing all of these horrible circumstances that they've been exposed to.
Replicating that type of program as frequently as we possibly can would be my recommendation.
