That moves us to BQ-14 on page 37, and just for the interest of the committee, amendments BQ-14 and NDP-8 are identical.

From the government's perspective, Mr. Chair, and in the spirit of cooperation, we want the best bill to come forward, and certainly on a technical argument, we don't think we should have something ignored on that basis.
