Sir, we don't have a problem with immunity as a general concept, certainly from the point of view of reporting. Again, we don't discipline employees for reporting safety problems, safety issues. Where I guess it becomes a bit problematic is where you get down to the operational level. You could have a case, for example, where an employee has unfortunately had a record of issues with a particular type of rule violation.
