No, I agree exactly with what he says. I would prefer to amend the bill. If you read our brief, that's what we're saying: we can amend this bill.
But if you're asking me about the bill passing unamended versus having the status quo, I would prefer the status quo.

Finally, Mr. Chair, if I could, I find it strange in passing that Mr. Jean somehow comes up with the notion that if Mr. Murray is close to the park, it's going to improve the value of his property—after he's worked eight years.
