You'll forgive me if the public would have serious concerns about that response, although we're talking about an SMS rather than transportation of dangerous goods. I want to refer to the report of the Commissioner of the Environment and Sustainable Development. That report raised some serious concerns about Transport Canada's oversight of the transportation of dangerous goods. Given the track record from the Commissioner of the Environment and Sustainable Development, what mechanisms do you have in place that can provide assurance to the public around your oversight of SMS plans, your ability to follow up, and your ability to ensure compliance?
