I'm unable to answer that. I have spoken to some Canadian colleagues over the past year, but I've not had the opportunity to really look at and understand what Canada or the U.S.A and other colleagues are delivering. It's not a matter of not wanting to, because with the team we've had here and the changes we've been putting through, we've had our hard hats on to think.

I think one of the challenges that we.... It doesn't stop us from looking, because I think there is always something to learn from colleagues, but the way in which health is delivered here is, perhaps, different to.... You know, the starting point in the way in which health services are delivered within the U.K. is quite different from how they're delivered elsewhere.
