You have been interacting with the Department of Veterans Affairs for 15 or 17 years, according to what you said earlier. You said that you have made thousands of telephone calls to the department. Last Monday, in the same committee, the deputy minister of Veterans Affairs, Mr. Natynczyk, said he has reduced the response time to two minutes.
I heard that answer two days ago, and I still don't understand it. I even asked Mr. Natynczyk to repeat it. I don't know whether he was referring to one or several sectors. I am sure the department has nevertheless evolved.
Have you received responses in less than two minutes in recent years?
