In an article in the Toronto Star this week, they really summed this up very neatly in a sentence or two. They found that “some veterans facing severe mental-health issues are drowning in the program's bureaucracy, being pressured to change service providers, given inadequate care and facing threats to their benefits.” The veterans “said their health worsened as a result.”
