I believe that it should start as soon as possible. I know there's a program that you can take part in during your last six months once you get your release date, but, really, the veterans who have a lot of years of service should be thinking about this question way early, like maybe even a year or two before release. I think the information should be made available to them, and I think they should start thinking about it early.
