Last week, we were all in our constituencies. I was at the Bedford Legion, which is one of the legions in my riding. I'm sure you've been there and are familiar with it. I knew this study was coming up, so I was just shooting the you-know-what with some of the veterans there. They said they thought the issue—and you touched on this—is not that the skills aren't there. Obviously, the skills are there. It's just that there's a translation piece that seems to be missing too often.
In your mind, could you pinpoint, in your experience personally and then in working with veterans, what that gap is that exists in translating those skills, and what's the number one thing we should be thinking about to try to close that gap?
