Okay. I have another question for you before I go to Mr. Cameron. You mentioned AI, and a lot of what's been presented today is about key people in key positions and is competency-based. How do we overcome that for veterans who have these life skills and abilities so that they can find meaningful employment and be those key people who are put into key positions?
