Mr. Cameron, you said meaningful employment matters and recognition for service matters. Quite often, we see in the U.S. that military service is a vehicle for employment and future employment, and we don't see that as much here in Canada.
Do you feel that Canadians don't recognize veterans as much in future employment when they're looking to recruit and hire?
