I would say that it does seem like we have a tendency, historically, to nickel-and-dime veterans. We just don't show up in the same way that they've shown up for Canada. Again, you described a workplace that couldn't be repeated in the civilian world. This isn't something that happened in the recent past. We have a systemic problem that we need to solve. We have modern veterans with a modern need. They want to contribute to the workforce, but they've also earned those benefits.
