Perhaps the hon. chief government whip could clarify when says it is in reverse, with Liberals voting yes. Does she mean reverse of the previous result, that the people who voted no before are now voting yes?

Mr. Speaker, that was my intent, so the motion now before the House be deemed as the same vote, only in reverse, of the people who voted on the previous question.
