In the meantime, Canadians’ household debt has reached record levels. Not satisfied with pocketing $132,000 a year, three senators have been caught with their hands in the till, collecting money for their supposed “second residence” in Ottawa, even though they have lived in the capital for decades.
When are the Conservatives going to put an end to the grotesque farce of the Senate?
