Mr. Speaker, I will answer my colleague's second question first.
What he said is not true. That was not the policy of the government I was part of. I was a member of cabinet, and at the time, our scientists were allowed to talk to journalists and share information. I am not talking about discussing public policy. That is a completely different story. I agree with my colleague that that is not the role of scientists. However, they had the right to talk to journalists and to share factual information. I do not see any problem with them continuing to do so.
With regard to my colleague's first question, I am sorry but I do not remember it. If he would like to repeat the question, I will answer it.
