Madam Speaker, I rise on a point of order. I am wondering if you could confirm for the House that the Liberal budget document is in fact a prop. Particularly in the hands of an Alberta member of Parliament, it is certainly nothing but a prop.

The Assistant Deputy Speaker Carol Hughes
I know it is late and people have been voting for a long time. I did indicate to the minister a few minutes ago, by giving him a sign, to put the book down. The members are well informed on this. They know that they are not to use anything as props in the House. If anybody wants to go home tonight, then I would suggest we continue on.
