Mr. Speaker, on a point of order, if you check with the table officers, you will see that the member for West Vancouver—Sunshine Coast—Sea to Sky Country did indeed vote in the previous division but was not in her seat at the end of the division.
That is also the case for the member for Avignon—La Mitis—Matane—Matapédia. He voted on the motion, but he was no longer in his seat at the end of the vote. I do not think that his vote on this motion should count.
