Mr. Speaker, I rise on a point of order.
I want to convey that I have been touched by the concerns from my colleagues, particularly those of the member from Cape Breton. We have been inside the chamber for about nine hours, and this is the first opportunity I have had to say a few words. I thought it would be appropriate to recognize the efforts of our pages and support staff, who have really been doing a fantastic job.

The Speaker Geoff Regan
I thank the hon. parliamentary secretary. I could see that there was unanimous support for his sentiments toward the staff, whose work is much appreciated. We really would not want to have more than nine hours go by without the member speaking, of course.
The hon. member for Mégantic—L'Érable on a point of order.
