Mr. Chair, I would like to begin by asking this week's Treasury Board President whether the supply bill presented is in its usual form. While she is on her feet, perhaps she could end the cover-up and allow the member for Vancouver Granville to speak.

In my opinion the yeas have it.
I would like to remind hon. members, especially those who have not been through this procedure before, that voting will begin with the Chair asking those members who are in favour of the clause to all rise, row by row. As the clerk counts the members on my right, they will sit down, row by row, as we complete the count, followed by each row to my left, and we will do the same thing again. Later I will ask those members who are opposed to the clause to rise, again row by row, and the clerk will count the members, row by row, to my right, ending with those members opposed in the rows to my left. That is the way this is going to work.
