Mr. Speaker, I would like to reread paragraph (a) of the motion, which states that the House calls on the government to:
(a) review and consolidate all federal real estate and properties in Canada in order to make at least 15% available for residential development;
I do not see anything in the motion stating that we will favour one group over another. I think that the motion is quite clear. It says that the federal government should dispose of buildings and land in order to create more housing, and to make housing more accessible to Canadians. I see nothing in this motion saying that we are going to favour one group over another.
