Mr. Speaker, I file with you, pursuant to section 59 of the Emergencies Act, a motion to revoke the Prime Minister's emergency declaration that was proclaimed last week.

In accordance with the act, the motion is signed by more than 20 members of the Conservative Party. This motion—
