The government is doing nothing for private broadcasters. When questioned, it says that it is funding the public sector, as if the entire broadcasting system is public, and too bad for the private sector. This prompted columnist Yasmine Adelfadel to say that the minister is insulting the TVA workers who lost their jobs.
