I distinctly remember former prime minister Justin Trudeau and Obama were going to have a softwood lumber agreement signed, sealed and delivered when Obama came to Ottawa. However, he came to Ottawa and left with no softwood lumber agreement, and here we are, 10 years later, still with no softwood lumber agreement.
