Mr. Speaker, it is official: Canada is giving up the fight against climate change. The Prime Minister will announce it on Thursday by launching a brand new pipeline for dirty oil from western Canada, on top of Trans Mountain, which has cost taxpayers $34 billion and which will cost us even more in climate disruptions.
