Mr. Speaker, yesterday when responding to questions about the Parliamentary Budget Officer's report on housing, the Prime Minister lectured Canadians, saying, “they do not know numbers.” Then the housing minister said that the Parliamentary Budget Officer was just wrong on his numbers.
