Mr. Speaker, it is true that Bill C-39 will have a major impact. It will help us build major electricity and clean energy projects. In fact, it will also help us build projects such as Alto that will help reduce greenhouse gas emissions. I thought the Bloc Québécois supported this project, but now it does not. It makes no sense.
