Mr. Speaker, respecting provincial jurisdictions is a must. In the government's view, and in my view, this bill respects the Constitution and the jurisdictions of the federal government and of the provinces. Dialogue with the provinces is important. I take note of my colleague's comments. I am certain that the government is mindful of the opposition members' comments.
