Mr. Speaker, the minister who just responded is the Minister of Finance and National Revenue, so his department was the one that took this contract away from our Canadian commissionaires and awarded it to an American company.
Can the government please explain why no one put a stop to this and said that, instead of favouring an American firm, the work should remain with our veterans and a Canadian company?
