Madam Speaker, it is very important to get this right because, ultimately, if we do not, it undermines our ability to continue to go forward. I talked briefly at the opening part of my speech about when I was studying this stuff 30 years ago and the laws around it. We know for a fact that there are other states or foreign-owned companies that are going to use that technology for nefarious reasons, so we need to make sure we have the measures in place to prevent that type of stuff from occurring.
